  1. you're not cycling through your sleep.

    Try going to bed earlier and watch your sugar intake daily, watch what you eat and exercise.

    Basic things will go a long way.


  2. Lots of people wake up tired. People are actually suppose to get at least 8-10 hours of sleep, and many people only get to have 2 or 3-6 hours of sleep. If that's not the problem, you just have to get the sleepy seeds outta your eyes! I am not a morning person. I always feel tired. :( As long as you don't have huge purple spots under your eyes, I wouldn't worry about it. ;)

  3. how is your diet??

    if you diet is really unbalanced that effects the way you sleep.

    try getting atleast 6-8 hours of sleep, and do a little bit of stretching before bed, and a glass of water.

    the relaxing stretching helps to calm your very active brain, and prepare it for a good sleep.

    also, be sure you are eating a balanced diet, and taking vitamins.

    it will help, trust me.


  4. it matters how long you are sleeping

    if its only a few hours, its because you need more sleep

    if its like 9+ hours it means you got too much

    and you're just feelin lazy! it happens to a lot of people
