when i go to sleep i wanna take my shirt off by i share a room with my sister which sleeps on the other side of the room and i don't want my mom or sister to catch me shirtless

You could take it off when you get under the sheets. When you wake up in the morning just remember to put in back on before anyone sees.

Well pull the shirt off when you enter the bed and sleep without the shirt on and when you wake up put the shirt back on.
