When i squint my eyes, i see transparent squiggley lines.?

Is it normal or should i go to the optometrist. sometimes i also see like silvery small dots.

stop squinting, or you may need glasses.

They are called floaters and you can find the info you need here. Don't sweat it, it goes away after awhile.

You might also want to start eating a bit better and drinking some form of juices with antioxident capabilities. Always wear sunglasses when outside also. Hope that helps you out.
