When i start utorrent my whole pc crashes and everything stops! PLS HELP?

HOW DO I FIX THIS? MY CPU USAGE GOES UP FROM LIKE 4% to LIKE 56%!!!!!! PLS!!!!! everything stops working!

uninstall utorrent and reinstall. if problem persists use a different torrent downloader like bitlord. www.bitlord.com

cause of this problem could be several. from software conflicts to viruses and spywares

That is probably a software conflict as uTorrent generally uses very little CPU.  The uTorrent FAQs have some info on the more common conflicts:
