When i stretch i start to bounce but i force myself not to bounce.... is this bad? ?

i heard if you bounce you can tear your muscles but i dont

so is this okay?

  3. Bouncing is bad... so it's good that you force yourself to stop.

    Just because you haven't torn a muscle yet doesn't mean it won't eventually happen.
