When i transfer the videos i took with my cell phone to my laptop,....?

Question

When i transfer the videos i took with my cell phone to my laptop, i try to ply the videos with Windows Media Player but it only shows the video and not the sound.

What can i do so that i can play video and audio of the vidoes i took with my cell phone on my laptop ?

Not compatible file format. Try other video programs like winamp or cyberlink.
