  1. If it's slipping and going forward, rather you're leaning too far back, or you're kicking the board in front of you. Try leaning forward more to go with the board, and try to level out once your foot reaches the front bolts and your first problem should be solved; it's all about practice and timing.

As for the nose rising and returning back to the ground, sounds like you're kicking the board to the ground with your front foot. You've got to suck your legs in; your front foot should be sliding a bit upwards, not simply across, otherwise you'll level it out too soon/kick it to the ground. If you're doing your ollies right, the board should be stuck to your foot and so will go up higher if you drag it up higher.

Or if you mean your nose is rising and going back to the ground without the back wheels coming off the ground, that means there's something wrong with your pop/jump. Try to jump off your tail; JUST as the tail smacks the pavement you should start coming up into the air; otherwise the tail will be stuck on the ground (it can't rise with your foot there keeping it down on the ground) and you won't gain any air.

Go to YouTube, and type in 'slow mo ollie'. Watch what they're doing closely, and try to figure out what you're doing wrong if you have any more problems.

  2. slide your front foot to level the board in mid air. Also makesure you land all the wheels at the same time!

    PRACTICE!!!!!!

Also ignore that person bout the spelling i always spell things wrong!!!!!

    Hope tis helped!! :)

  3. just keep trying

  4. your timing could be off,the ollie is all about timing.

these are the steps you need to do:

1)setup with your front foot in the middle of the board, back foot on the tail.

    2)bend your knees

3)pop the tail down as hard as you cna and jump as soon as the tail snaps against the ground(this is a part where the timing is key)

4)slide your front foot towads the nose when you jump(kinda roll your ankle, dont kick towards the nose).

5)bring your knees up towards your chest when your in the air(this will give you height, dont really worry about how high you get when your first learning, you can practice that later)

6)extend your legs a little and roll away(it helps to land with your knees bent to absorb impact)

    hope i helped!good luck!
