When i try to sign in on yahoo.com?

I try to sign in and hit keep me signed in for 2 weeks it says The browser you're using refuses to sign in. (cookies rejected)

please help

It means that you have chosen to remain signed in. When you first sign in, underneath where you input your info, it says "keep me signed in" and it has a little box next to that. You must have clicked on the box therefore it keeps you signed in for two weeks. Just uncheck it and you should be fine.

first that your password is keeped for only 2 weeks is a security settings of yahoo. you must log in each 2 weeks.

and second that cookies rejected is a settings from your internet explorer.
