When i tryed to register my mobile no# it won't take the no# what am i doing wrong?

Without knowing the error, it's hard to say.  My best guess is the mobile number is either not currently synced with your carrier (this would be the case with a new phone) or if you have recently switched carriers, it will take about 2 weeks for the number and information to propagate correctly.
