  1. Keep in mind that no matter where you are born in this world, you always have the citizenship of your mother.  If she is a Mexican National, you are a Mexican National.

If you are a citizen, and you have the financial means to do so, you can sponser your mother and bring her to the United States.

  2. NO, you're not old enough to petition for her!!!

If you are a U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old, you are eligible to petition to bring your parents to live and work permanently in the United States. As the sponsor of your parents, you must show that your household income is sufficient to support your family and your parents at 125% or more above the U.S. poverty level for your household size.

  3. You can't petition for anyone who is already here illegally.

  4. I hope not, we don't need to add more people to the welfare system.

  5. No.

    21

  6. 1) You have to be 21

    2) You have to be an American citizen

    3) Your mother has to be in Mexico

    4) Then you can apply

  7. Not until you are 21,as long as you are a citizen.

If your mother is living here illegally, you cannot sponsor her at all. She would have to return to Mexico before anything can be started.
