When i turn my laptop on and it comes to the screen that has the user accounts... (see below for the rest?)?

...it shows how many new e-mail's my friend has because he went into his windows live messenger account and e-mail inbox and now it shows his new inbox emails as well as mine. anyway, i want to know how to put it back to just mine. thanks! :)

It isn't a hard process, so why not give it a try?

Open WLM and try deleting his email from it. Just select his email from the list and uncheck "remember me". Also clear history and such from your browser.
