When i turn my ps3. when i turn my ps3 on it goes to a screen saying 'corrupt data on hard drive

when i turn my ps3 on it goes to a screen saying 'corrupt data on hard drive press to continue with restoring' then it restores to 100% then restarts, but then does the exact same thing and i cannot change the screen?
