When i turn on my vaio ar series laptop after i sign in no matter if i use the internet, or not the computer freezes sometimes almost instantly, i cant update anything, sometimes when i am able to download updates for the computer from sony or windows the computers restarts to load them but then spends hours fixed on the screen saying configuring updates. i 've done countless system restores and once took the computer back to factory settings! all sony ever tells me to do is restore restore restore. i dont think this is the solution. help!
