When i upload videos to my new ipod they don't show up. Please help!

u might not have them in the correct format and even if u convert them in itunes they might not even play correctly. use a converter like magic video converter. u can even google that. the trial works just as well as the full version.

Check apple's site to make sure the videos you are trying to import will work on an iPod...

Like the links says, "Although iTunes can play a variety of .mp4, .m4v, and .mov video formats, Apple TV, the iPod, and the iPhone require more specific formats."

You should make sure the video is MP4 or H2.64 video for iPod. I like the DVD to iPod Converter Suite to rip DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. Also, the output quality is great. You can download this software free from here

iPod accepts only MP4 format video, If your video is MP4 video, just follow below steps to upload video to iPod.

1. Open iTunes and click "File" to add your videos to iTunes library.

2.Then plug in your iPod to computer, iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click "Movies" tab, check the videos you want to sync and click "Apply", done.

If your video isn't MP4 format, you need third party software to convert video to MP4, I always use Aimersoft iPod Converter Suite, it can easily convert video to ipod with high quality, that's really good, you can check it out here for free:
