depends on thier calling package, how far from their how they can call free, some peope can only call within 15 miles of their home anything beyond that is a minute by minute charge any charge are basedo n thier calling plan not how where yo ulive if i call somesome 25 minles from me and i have limited calling but they have lonh distance the charged to me is basedo n my service not their sincei called them they did not call me
