When i wake up, i sneeze ? why is this, even if im not sick ?

when i wakeup in the morning, i sneeze about 10 times. i dont understand why, like after i sneeze those 10 or more, the rest of the day im fine, im not even sick, i dont feel sick, or act sick, but whats with the sneezing ?

maybe you are allergic to sheets/pillows. i know my mom is allergic to the pillows with the feathers in them...?

Most likely allergies.  When you are lying down at night, your sinuses can get clogged up so when you get up your sinuses start to run & clear...sneezing clears the sinuses.

If you want, you can try a saline nasal spray in the AM; I find Nasamist great.

use gelsemium 30 one dose. sneezing is a body defense mechancism and no reasons need be added to it at the state of health you are enjoying.

Most likely because of allergies, but try dusting the blinds and desktops in your room. Also try cleaning your sheets on your bed regularly can also help.  I know what your talking about because my brother does the same thing in the morning.
