When i watch a video where is it saved?

When i watch a video, play a game or look at pictures, where are they saved and are they safe to delete?

what do you mean?

of course if for looking at pictures,watching videos you might have installed or saved them in your pc.but it'll ask you where and you give a directory to it.it's saved there but if not,it's not "saved"

your probably talking about cookies, and they are located in your temporary internet files folder. yes they are completely safe to delete
