  1. maybe you are using a very low spec computer or your internet connection is having problems, or it could be the site that is hosting the video you want to watch is very busy or just very slow.

  2. i have the same problems during the day/night watching videos etc....it only seems to work ok early in the morning, around 06.00am, after 10.00am the videos i try to watch keep buffering every 10 secs....i have a good connection so i don't understand myself why!!!!

  3. It could be 'cause of ram memory amount on your comp, 'cause of space left on your hard drive, 'cause of your processor speed... Or if you're opening couple of web sites in the same time it could freeze the video... Sorry - but it could be couple of reasons:( I cannot be more precise without more details

  4. This is usually caused by a slow Internet connection. The speed of your Internet connection needs to be fast enough to keep up with the speed the video is being streamed at.

  5. One thing you can do is to upgrade your RAM to a higher speed if needed.   Example DDR2 memory has several speeds   300 Mhz, 533Mhz, 800 Mhz, 1066 Mhz.  Your Ram should at least match  the speed of your processor FSB speed.

I have found that the video software is not usually the problem, but on some PC's you can increase the videof buffer, or virtual memory size to help alieviate the problem.
