  1. I would go   back to the doctor and have him check your eyes and ask him why this is happening.

  2. if you have soft lenses, it'll be more of a problem because they are extra-sensitive.

I took lenses only recently and I couldn't wear them. i've decided that the best thing to do is to practise. make sure that your hand is washed with soap before putting them on and let the lenses soak in the solution for at least 6 hours. Make sure that after wearing them there is air-circulation in the room- it gives comfort. so try practising this and you'll be able to wear contact lenses and show people  your beautitious eyes in no time!

If the problem still persists, consult your doctor and ask for semi-soft lenses (if your lense are not semi-seft now). Contacts don't suit some people and I hope you are not one of the unlucky ones...

    good Luck!

  3. Clean them.

  4. Go back to your doctor and ask for a more comfortable pair of contacts, sometimes changing the brand helps a lot.

  5. - Your contacts may be damaged in some way when you are cleaning them. Take them out and check for visible rips or tears on the edge of the contacts. If there is any, throw them away, because the damaged edge could cut your cornea, which can result in servere eye damage. If there is no visible damage, clean them and put them on again.

    - The irritation may be also be the cause of an eyelash trapped inside your your eyelid, so pull open your eyelid and check for eyelashes. Remove them by using a tissue, the tissue would stick the eyelash with it once the tissue touches it.
