When in Bari, What is the best train route to get to Florence?

Would like to take the fastest train, does the EuroStar link in Bari? We are flying into Bari and don't know how to get out of it?

EuroStar only operates between Gb and France.

I haven't found them in english, but you only have to insert yr travel dates in this small box left ( bigletteria online ), and them you will find the connections to Firenze.
