When in Hawaii, our camera was inadvertently set on video - can I somehow convert these to regular prints?

We have a cybershot (Sony). Some of our best shots, because our camera was set on video, appear on my computer as multiple frames, but we'd like to print a normal 4x6 or 5x7 if possible from these. Does anyone know if this can be done? thank you.

You will need to run it through a video editing software and capture the image frame by frame.

There might be a Pro software that can do it automatically.

Alternatively, you can take it to the professional photo shops and have them do it for you.
