When in a fight would you rather be a ninja or a nine year old with a machine gun?

NINJA!! Ninja are fun. Nine year olds are insane and are likely to shoot themselves if given machine guns.

I doubt you've ever been in a meaningful physical conflict with another human being.  Yes, I read your answer on the Bruce Lee post.

You'd probably be surprised to learn that, within twenty feet, trained unarmed fighters have an excellent track record against people with guns.  The problem with relying on a weapon to defend yourself is that a weapon can be taken away from you.

But really, both your examples here are ridiculous.  A nine-year-old would have no idea how to handle a machine gun without being knocked over backwards, and everybody knows ninjas don't exist.  They're mythological creatures, like chupacabras or pumas.
