When in labour or getting contractions ... ?

would i feel pain in my legs the bottom of my stomach and feel as if my bladder is full, its just ive never had these pains so i think i could be starting to get contractions , the pain comes every 5 minutes or so and lasts about a minute

Very possible that your starting labor, however, true labor usually starts at 15-20 mins apart gradually leading up to 5 mins apart, my advice is to drink 2 very large glasses of water and lie down on your left side for an hour, if the pains stay the same or increase go get checked at L&D, if they stop then its not labor.
