When installing a vanity with lights, how do i gound it?

The wire that you are taking to the lights should have a bare copper wire enclosed with a black and a white insulated wire in an outer sheath of insulation.  Thats the ground.  Attach it to a metal part of the vanity or light socket.  If it doen't have a bare copper there is no easy way to ground the vanity.
