  1. It may be safe enough....but...in all practicality....it's not recommended by certain DMV's.....because...if you have yearly inspections where you are...then...your vehicle won't pass inspection with a compression fitting on your brake lines.


  2. As long as the compression fitting is flared on both ends........

    It "cannot" be a compression fitting that is used like a splicer where you install it in-line using brass farrels......

  4. Yes, it is perfectly safe. As long as you make sure that the two lengths of piping that you are joining are aligned perfectly. that way, it ensures a tight seal.
