I don't know about that. If you think about it, how much news have you heard regarding the Republicans lately, whether on TV, the radio or the print news? Not much. Democratic politics dominates the media these days, and that's always good. About time, since the so-called "liberal media" tends to not be very liberal (if they were, why so much attention on Monical Lewinsky, a non-newsworthy item if there ever was one)?
