And when are the olympics starting? I mean its August already. NBA season starts, what like, October 31st? Where are the olympics going to be shown? ESPN2?

Olympics are going to be on the ESPN's and one local channel in perticular, just check through your local channel every day.

He said he was going to get it after basketball season ended but then he changed it to when the playoffs were over. But both ended and he still hasn't gotten the surgery.  

I think that the Olympics have already come on because my sister keeps saying there was an Olympics game.

And the Olympics could possibly be on ESPN2 or just ESPN. I think you should just check all the sports channels to help.

Ya whatever happend to that pinky "injury", I thought it was so serious that he had to have surgery soon but whatever. I hope he gets it right before the season starts or right after the olympics. I hope USA wins the gold so bad. They got all the best players theres no way they can't win. I don't know when they start though Sorry!!

he'll have the surgery after the olympics is over.  He'll be sitting out the whole training camp, but will be ready when the season begins

I dunno if he is going to have surgery on that finger. The Olympics r going to start on August 8th, and if u have Directv, u wud have channels starting from 701-706, that show all the different games, but if u don't have directv, then u can watch them on ESPN.

In the US, the Olympics are ONLY on NBC and its sister networks like CNBC, MSNBC, and their Universal channels.  On some cable networks, like Verizon Fios, there will be one channel solely dedicated to Olympic men's and women's basketball, so check the channel guides now.  ESPN can only show highlights and I have no idea that some people actually think that ESPN would be playing the Olympic matches only because ESPN played the US friendlies in Macao...

about kobe, i don't know, because i am an eastern confrence person, with the pistons.  however, you can watch the olympics on family channels such as ABC, ABC family, etc., (like channel 7, 9, the family stuff)

they should start on 8/8/08, i hear.  not much of an olympics fan because i havnt seen them too much.

there have been exhibition games already, though.  like practice games.  USA has done decent.
