Always..... but we can't always afford it. Local produce is a good alternative if we're talking about good for the earth as well as our bodies because we are saving on transportation from other states or countries.

I don't think buying organic products are ever worth the extra cost.

When they can prove "their" claim and "you" can prove it..

otherwise depend on the USDA FDA and CDC

Certain organic products are worth it if you an accord it.

Like eggs and milk without growth hormones.   And produce without  pesticides.  Potatoes Chips without MSG added.   Try to get the important items organic.
