When is Ugly Betty Season 2 released in the UK?

I really want to get this boxset for my girlfriends birthday on 10th of september. Will it be realeased in the UK on time for this?

Or will i have to get one shipped from america? (I'd rather not if its going to be released as i don't think our DVD player is multiregion)

I think it's the 24th of September, I want it for my birthday too, on the 17th!

It is not available in the UK until 13th October.
