  1. NEVER! Thank goodness.

  2. A felony act stays on your record.  Every time you apply for a job (from here on until the day you die) you will have to check YES whne it asks if you have a felony.  The only time it can be esponged from your record is if the act was commited when you were a minor, and that was part of the agreement when you pled quilty.

  3. It will never come off of your record. I have dealt with many juvenile and adult offenders who were promised that it would be expunged but it never is. If someone wants to find it they always can. For example I had a young man apply for a job and had nothing on his criminal record as an adult but when his background check came back he had robbed a convenience store when he was 12 years old and it came back. The judge even gave the kid paperwork stating is was expunged. All that is bull**** if I want to find something I always can not matter the age of what plea bargain was done.

  4. uh, never?

Felony is serious stuff- I don't think it ever goes away. Depending on the felony though, it may eventually not matter anymore (as far as jobs, etc)

  5. It will never be off your record unless you apply for and are granted an expungement (very rare for felonies, btw).
