Anytime is a good time to go to PR because the weather is always warm or hot. But I would try to avoid Aug-Oct if possible because that is when you will have the greatest chance of hurricane or rainy weather. I think April-June is the best time to go becuase the weather is good & its cheaper because high season is over.

CULEBRA ISLAND:
