When is a round in the NRL not a round?

We run a Footy Tipping Comp. at my workplace and if you pick a perfect round...all the winning teams you get 2 bonus points. I did that last week by picking 5 out of 5 . I was told I was not able to get the bonus points because it only applied to the round when there were 8 teams BUT last week was still a round wasn't it ?and I got the perfect score....it says Round on the Footy Schedule..why can't I get the points? The fact that there is at least $500 prizemoney the organisers should have no margin for error or appeal and rules to need to be more clearly defined.

I think it is fair because the ppl who piked 8/8 earned there bounes 2 points, picking 5/5 is way easier and shoulded get 2 extra points, but should be given 1 bounes point if any
