When is att.yahoo going to get the chat and people featuree like on my.att.net?

I have been able to use the chat & people feature since 2001 and can't do it anymore since I can't access the homepage that has it anymore. I have att.yahoo, and would like to know when the new att.yahoo homepage will get this feature, not a link that takes you to online dating service one that lets us access the chatrooms.
