When is breaking dawn coming out and where???

Depends on where you are.  In Ireland, in early August, about 4.30 am.  You'll know when you hear the birds singing.  Starts early dawn.

In the UK it was actually DELIVERED to the shops, but they weren't allowed to sell it until the 4th. You can go buy it now (at WHSmith! or whatever).
