  1. normally for a train the chart will be prepared 2 hours before travelling....

By a chart i take it you mean the trains paperwork.It is input into the computer when the train is done being made up.Then when we go on duty the conductor gets the paperwork printed for us.Paperwork is a train list showing loads, empties,weight of the cars,length,engines,and sometimes contents of the cars and where they are going.We also get a train tonnage profile and any hazmat info for dangerous cars.Then there's a track warrant and bulletins which tell us about any info we need to know about on our route to be traveled.There are a few other things but that's the main stuff we need for our trip

  4. It is the printout of the data taken an hour before the train departs from its originating station. It is pasted almost immediately. It contains info on the name, age, gender, from, to, quota, pnr no, seat no etc. of the traveler,if he is given a reservation.
