When is it acceptable for government to limit the practice of people's religious belief?

I want to know the criminal case against this religious freedom.

  1. For me its not a question of when because its a right for every individual to exercise one's belief or religion as long as your not doing bad against your country and mankind.


  2. When a religion is oposion the rules of the state thats. No relegion can surpase the govt rules. It is a must for religion to stay within the limits. Religion can give ideas or segest things to gvt but not impose.

  7. Religious beliefs do not allow somebody to violate the law.  If we pass laws stating that specific actions are illegal - then everybody is required to obey that law.  The only time the 1st Amendment kicks in is if that law unreasonably limits religious practice.

    That cult in Texas is not above the law.

  9. human sacrifice would be acceptable for the government to limit, especially if those chosen to be sacrifice are not members of that religion

    or if one decided to spread their beliefs by spray painting it on public/private property
