When is it best to arrive at your destination?

morning, afternoon, or evening? and why? same for departing ur destination?

If I am going somewhere fun for vacation, I like to arrive in the morning.  This gives me a full day to get used to the area that I am vacationing in.  Why arrive late and waste the day!!!

Along the same lines, I like to leave late afternoon or early evening - just so I can make it back home and have a little time to adjust before going to bed.

I prefer to arrive in the afternoon. That way your room is ready. I've arrived at a destination before at 5:30 a.m. and had to wait until 3:00 p.m. for the room to be ready. After flying for 18 hours, this is not too pleasant.

When I leave, I prefer to leave in the early afternoon. Check out time is usually around noon. If I can leave my hotel & go straight to the airport, then that's perfect. Nothing is worse than having to check out at noon, and your flight doesn't leave until midnight.
