In South Texas ninety degrees is cooler. They will get that, I hope, before Christmas. In Texas, where I am, it can be snowing in the panhandle and in the Rio Grande Valley they are enjoying margaritas out by the pool in the shade of a cabana. Starting to get cooler and cool are two very different conditions in The Lone Star State.

it depends. here in montana, we had the first snowfall of the season TODAY! and its a nice cozy 40 degrees, complimented with dark, low clouds.
