When is it quietist at alton towers

i want to go in the school holidays as i wouldn't be allowed during school term, so when would be the best time to go during the holidays, also would a fast track be a good idea?

2 adults and 2 children would be going.

the best time to go would most probably be in the week, because on weekends that's when most people want to go on day trips etc.

i would advise fastpass definatly, if your a big coaster fan, get the fast track ticket that allows you to go on air, nemesis, oblivion

or if you have lots of money, get the fastpass which lets you go on all the rides :)
