When is it safe to assume and how to proove ur point?

i have wanted to ask these 2 questions on here for along time but just never got the chance. ok im trying to write a paper on when it is safe to assume, ya knoe they always say never assume but there are times that u just have to and also whats a good way of prooving your point on a topic? the second question is like an argumentative paper. thanks any help would be greatly appreciated

In many cases, we cannot gather enough evidence or specific information to make a rational or logical decision based on facts alone.

Instead, we must rely on our intuition and make a decision based on the facts that we do have available to us and our personal experience which are applicable to the circumstances at hand.
