When is it safe to drink alcohol after getting your wisdom teeth out?

READ!!!! When is safe to drink alcohol after getting your wisdom teeth out? 1 day after surgury? 2 days? 3? When can you drink again?

ps. i know not to mix pain killers and booze

A few weeks ago when I had a wisdom tooth pulled I had a beer that night.

I needed one.

Mixing pain killers and booze is not as bad as the MD's say.  Just don't overdo it.

After you're completely done with the painkillers, maybe a day or two after you stop taking them. Otherwise, I see no reason why you need to abstain from alcohol after the surgery.
