  1. For one, Mexico is a huge country with very different weather depending on where you're going. It's pretty much summer now and in Mexico City weather terms that means the monsoon rainy season that ends somewhere in November.

It is still rather warm in Mexico City despite the rain (it becomes bitter cold in late October). I like Mexico City's weather in late Janurary and Feburary for tourism. It's dry and rather warm but not hot like in April. I don't mind the weather right now, the air is indeed it's cleanest at this time of year, but you sacrifice sunlight and the chance to tour in the afternoon when the rain pours for 3 hours straight.

Can't say for other regions because I've never lived in other parts of the country.

  2. It is summer time right now in Mexico.

Mexico is in the Northern Hemisphere

  3. Depends where you are going. The best time is usually Sept through Feb.

  4. Summer in Mexico is just the same as in the US. As for the "best weather" you want to find out when the rainy seasons are and go when the specific area is in the dry season. Again, it depends largely on what area of Mexico you want to visit.

  5. well, Mexico is in Northern part of the world, like Portugal my country, so it starts in June 21 and ends in September 20.

About the weather, i know is warm most of the time in a year.

  6. just the same as the US, north hemisphere.

it depends where do you want to go.

in june it is all rainy and the lands are green.... excellent for forests, valleys ... etc

april, may are hot months excellent for beaches

december and january are little bit cold excellent for the beaches if you like not too hot

  7. Well yes " summertime " is pretty much all year long.

Best time to visit ? November thru April.

Why you ask ? The " rainy season " is June , thru August and it used to be torrents of rain, nowadays it really means pop up thunderstorms that can drive you indoors for an hour or so. This is also the hurricne season and the cities of Cancun and isle of Cozumel on the Yucatan penninsula usually tke the brunt of these storms. They can and sometime will develop on the Pacific/ west side of the country , but they are usually going out  to sea.

The other factors to consider during the rainy season are the oppresive humidity and mosquitos.

I have my family and friends visit me here in Acapulco Nov. thru April. It is sheer paradise in terms of weather then. High 80's during the day and low 70's at night. It simply never changes. A passing cloud is a weather event.

They seem to like retreating from the cold weather in the US and returning with a tan. Mosquitos and the humidity is non exsitant during these months as well.

Plan your trip November thru April for full beach enjoyment,
