When is it time to get even with someone?

I get so fed up with our tenant who hasn't paid her rent for four months and monthly bills. The worst thing is that she has the nerve to be angry. Our Electricity got cut off because of her. It's been a week since our Electricity got cut off. Then when ever she passes by she make sure she makes noise, it's either she bang the door upon going out or slams things.

The good thing we didn't suffer the warm nights because every night we move to my brother's house to sleep.

I wasn't able to do my work for about week. I'm a home base employee. I do my work using the computer of course. All the stuff I needed is in my hard drive.

I decided to post about it in a forum where she works she's a government employee. But I doubt they will approved my post because it's an embarrassment to their office. I also post a complain to the ombudsman. I don't know what's going to happen. We have to pay a lot for the reconnection fee.

  1. Then throw her out!

  2. You don't need to "get even" in that way. Just evict her and take her to small claims court for your losses (back rent and reconnection fee).

  3. Forget about "getting even." That petty c**p could backfire in a legal way. It's time to evict her and sue for back rent.

  4. dont get even just keep everything goen good.

  5. Are you her landlord?  If so, make out the paperwork to get her evicted.  If she rents, she needs to pay the monthly fees.

    See a lawyer.

  6. get rid of the b*tch.

get a nice quiet tennant who likes to help with cooking :)

  7. Why is she still there? you should have kicked her out a long time ago!! you should have been putting money aside for electric and things when you know she doesn't pay her rent..
