When is it too late to start singing/dancing/acting lessons?

Im 12 I know that's young but im scared that i will be the oldest kid in like the baby class in dance/act or something...opinions??

It's never too late to learn anything. If you're really interested, give it a shot, and don't let the difference in age bring you down.    

I mean, I started taking up playing drums at 14 and was with kids almost half my age in my class but whatever, I kept learning anyway.  Even though that's not dancing/acting, oh well.

Well... if you want to do it, then it doesn't matter :) It's never too late to start singing and dancing and acting :)

It's not to late unless you are dead. That goes for everything! Really, there are 6-7 billion people on the planet. You can do everything perfectly and they will never all be happy with you. Don't worry about what others think.

If you are not doing anything harmful to anyone, than what other people think should never matter. I started playing trumpet in my 30's and love it.

You have to be true to yourself. I know that at 12 years old, it is hard to imagine yourself being old (say 80+), but the time will come and when it does the thing that will be important is this: as you look back on your life, what do you think of the life that you have lived?

it early to start singing lessons at 12 because most private teachers only accept 16 and over (because you might strain your voicE)

At 12, you are not late at all.  Just do it now, and stop wasting any more time!!!
