who cares because there are only like 3 good songs on the entire tha carter III, a millie is definatly not one of the good ones...

but

Lil wayne wont release a carter IV.... he didn't have a carter I or a Carter II

so yeahhhh

Hes working on Tha Carter III Aftermath right now.

and Carter 4 coming out next year or so..

He will some time within the next 5 years.

EDIT: Michael K, there was a Carter 1 and 2. They were some of his best albums. Tha Carter III was ok, but the others were better.
