When is my ups order coming?

i made the order july 3 and its saying that it will be delivered july 9 but i did a 3 day shipping plan

That's BUSINESS days.  Since Friday, July 4th is a holiday and Sat and Sun don't count either, Mon is the first business day, Wed is the third.  So technically, you WILL get it in 3 business days.

Sounds to me like it's a 3 business day shipping plan.  Try going to the UPS site and entering your tracking number.
