  1. When you've done something really dumb and you're best friend says, "Oh, that's nothing"

    Now that's something !

  2. I love these types of questions, and most people get caught up in the mere compliance of the semantics and dogma of 'nothing' never being able to mean anything let alone something.

    1) The nullities of life(that which is not) help us to eliminate and get closer to 'that which is'; if by anything else the process of elimination.  Example: Edison's 99 failures for the light bulb to his one success.

    2) But it can be much more simpler then this... if people are willing to loosen up on the dogma that semantics demand of the word 'Nothing'.

    3) What if 'Nothing' was simply the 'Something' between two or more other 'Somethings'...

    4) It may take some a while to get their minds to think in this way.. but that 'Space' or 'Something betweeen two other Somethings' then allow us to think 'Nothing' as something that 'Adds' to our understanding even though that 'Adding to' becomes seeing a non-entity between two more entities.

    5) Doing so helps 'nothing' really become 'something'... if nothing else better comprehension of what the semantic 'something' really is supposed to be.

  3. when it becomes a big unbearable empty space

  4. Nothing 'is', therefore something can only be Nothing. No 'when'.

Again, for more ignorance of Nothing refer to my questions.

  5. Nothing is never, ever something. By definition, the word "nothing" implies the lack of everything. You may be looking for some deep, clever response, but literal nothingness is never something.

  6. Most people look for or give meaning to everything even if there is none.

Nothing is something when YOU make it something.

  7. Nothing is always something because in order for it to be nothing, it has to be something.

  8. Never it is, nothing finishes where something starts. Nothing is the antithesis respecting to something.

  9. When you need it and don't have it at the same time...

  10. All the time. The very fact that it's an it makes it something.

    Peace/Joy
