i am 20 years old and weigh 120lbs. i am a relatively active individual. my resting heart rate is usually between 60 and 70 bpm. when i exercise, it gets as high as 200, even though i do not feel pain or weakness. on occasion, i experience a fast pulse when i am not exercising, but it rarely exceeds 140bpm. i am someone who also experiences cardiac arrhythmias on a frequent basis, and tend to have a low blood pressure. i am wondering how concerned i should be under these circumstances.
