  1. i felt like that the last time i was on a plane. it's like how your ears pop and your feet swell, something happens to your eyes too :D

  2. Well, what happens when you take off or land is that the cabin pressure changes and it makes your ears change thier inner pressure. This can aggrivate your sinuses as well, and being in close proximity to your eyes, it can make your eyes hurt. When you get a cold or allergies, do you have more issues with your right ear or right sinus at all? I would bet that you do. The thing is that your eye most likely is not what is hurting, it is the nerves in the surrounding area responding to the pressure in your sinus and in your inner ear. You should ask your doctor if you should take medicine like sudafed when you are traveling, and also chew some gum and drink water when you are taking off and landing to keep the pressure as even as it can be by helping your ears pop and even out. It is a real issue for some people and I hope that what I am saying makes a difference.
