Home is scheduled for Fall of 2008, anytime between end of august - beginning of september. home is going to be a free software and will be available for download via firmware upgrade. the only things u have to pay for are accessories u want to use in home such as clothes and other stuff, this is optional. u can use the free stuff provided by home as well

An exact date is not set yet... but it will be sometime this fall. They are expanding the beta in the US the end of this month. So my guess will be late November/ early December.

There is NO official release date set right now. The Close Beta is currently being expanded and they are going to be sending out invites very soon. The Open Beta is what is schedule for this Fall
